For clients using Erpidex Custom ERP, project deliverables, timelines, and payment terms will be defined in individual service agreements. All source code, documentation, and designs remain the property of Erpidex unless otherwise stated in writing.
Fees for Services must be paid as per the agreed pricing plan or contract. Erpidex reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment or overdue accounts. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or agreed upon in writing.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect and process your data. By using Erpidex Services, you consent to such processing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erpidex shall not be liable for:
